At long last!

I am thrilled to announce that the "phantom" audio book has finally materialized! I was beginning to wonder if I would ever see it. The recording/editing process was a breeze, thanks to the audio engineer, but then the Amazon, Audible, and ACX processes were another story! There were lots of mix-ups and complications but finally, at the end of December, it all came together. So, the date has been set! I hope you will be able to join me.

It's time for a celebration!

So, I'm excited to tell you about this online book launch, or tour, as it is called. Launches are 1-day events and tours are events that last the week. Each day throughout the week there will be several posts by the host, Loving The Book, provided by participants. Each post will have: Links to see a blog post featuring information about me and the book, as well as some extra content, such as printed snippets from the book, excerpts, audio listening, a top-10 favorite activity, music from the companion cd, book artwork, reviews, or links to the book on Amazon or a giveaway. There will be drawings for prizes based on activities throughout the week. Please check out links for information and participation! I hope you will join us March 16-22 when the audio book goes on TOUR!

It's been a busy month!

I'm also pleased to announce that my new website is now up and running. You may view videos, inspirational tips, background information, music, blogs, and more. If you would like to sign the mailing list (I realize you are already on this mailing list), it would be so that you may download free gifts, if you would like. Enjoy anything that might be beneficial to you. Among the downloads is a pdf of book highlights & actionable steps, taken from my interview with Willow Green. Willow is the host of The Story behind the Story podcast series. It was a pleasure to speak with her and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation.

Parting thoughts:

I have been on the 7-systems plan, which is based on the book of the same name, by Dr. Pat Luse. It incorporates 10 food groups, such as low-carb and higher-carb vegetables, proteins, complex carbohydrates, legumes, fruits, nuts, oils, and more, with the intention of improving communication between the 7 body systems (think structural system, immune system, digestive system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, etc.) in order to fight disease and improve overall health. I love all the scientific studies and information presented, which understanding really helps facilitate the necessary behavioral changes required to see the desired results of weight loss, reduced cravings, more energy, less aches & pains, or disease reversal, in many instances. I'm grateful to have discovered Dr. Luse's Plan because, as they say, time waits for no one, and I need to secure all the health and wellness I can grab!

Thank you so much for your attention to my news & blogs!

So, please mark you calendar, March 16-22. I'm looking forward to a fabulous audio book tour with you to join in on the festivities :)
